Training
In order to carry out shifts for Beyond Care, you will be required to remain compliant with all aspects of your role, including (but not limited to) having an up to date DBS check, maintaining your registration (if a registered Nurse) and being up to date with all relevant training, particularly the statutory and mandatory modules. Beyond Care support their staff as much as possible in all aspects of their role, with training being no exception.
Beyond Care runs a dedicated system to help staff maintain their training up to date, with the “Access” e-learning platform, where you will be able to search for specific courses or simply view all courses available to you. When completed, you will receive the certificate for each course, free of charge. Access will also provide reminders when you need to update.
Although you must be compliant in order to start working with us, you may register with Beyond Care and will have 30 days to complete all training required (as available through Access). Once training is up to date and all other checks passed, you will be able to start taking on shifts.
